All personnel on Conergy Global projects are required to wear appropriate PPE at all times — hard hat, safety boots, coveralls, gloves, and eyewear — with zero exceptions. New site entrants receive safety induction before any work commences.
We apply rigorous process hazard analysis (PHA) and risk assessments to all projects. Our engineers identify hazards before work begins and implement engineering controls, procedural safeguards, and administrative controls to eliminate or minimise risk.
